About Teresa

Teresa is a Trauma Healer whose work embodies Breathwork, Parts Work, and Somatic Release. A certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Release Practitioner, and Parts Work Practitioner, she has woven these modalities into a comprehensive Soul Healing Journey designed to guide clients through profound emotional shifts.

Drawing from her personal experience as a mother of two adult sons with Autism, one requiring full-time caregiving, and her own journey of healing from trauma Teresa understands trauma intimately. Having nine years of recovery from alcohol addiction and breaking the cycle of generational trauma, she brings a deep empathy to her work that resonates with those she helps.

Through her program, Teresa combines Breathwork to clear blocked energy, Parts Work to integrate fragmented emotional experiences, and Somatic Release to unlock and release trauma held within the body. The synergy of these modalities offers a holistic pathway to soul healing, helping clients access and process the deep-rooted traumas that traditional methods may leave untouched. This multi-faceted approach allows for the release of stored pain and trauma while guiding individuals toward wholeness, connection, and self-love.

Teresa’s intuitive gift lies in her ability to see beyond the surface and pinpoint the underlying traumas that are holding her clients back.  Her compassionate presence, combined with the modalities she employs, creates an environment for deep transformation.

Relaxing and energizing breathwork techniques offer unique benefits for both the mind and body. Relaxing breathwork helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. It can soothe anxiety, improve sleep, and bring a sense of inner peace by lowering the heart rate and encouraging a state of rest and restoration.

Somatic Release

In this practice, I work with your somatic body using vocal toning, movement and the breath to facilitate trauma release and connection of the mind body complex.

In this spiritual practice I focus on reconnecting with and healing unresolved emotional wounds from childhood. Using breathwork, guided introspection, meditation and somatic work we access, address and heal past traumas, unmet needs and neglected emotions. This healing leads to a greater sense of self compassion and fosters emotional growth.

 A therapeutic approach that helps individuals identify, understand, and integrate different aspects or "parts" of themselves, often formed in response to trauma or emotional wounds. By acknowledging and working with these parts, individuals can process unhealed emotions, foster self-compassion, and move toward inner wholeness.
